Mineral & Earth Pigments

I hand-collect rocks from Placitas, grinding them into vibrant pigments with a mortar & pestle. These pigments become the heart of my oils, watercolors, and acrylics. It's a slow + intentional process that connects me intimately with the vast hues of the desert.
